Shipping

Delivery
Please Note: The total time to receive your order is the sum of the order processing time and shipping time. For instance, if you order a coat, it will require 1-2 business days for processing and an additional 7-14 business days for shipping. Therefore, you can anticipate receiving your order within 8-16 business days, regardless of the country.
Our system automatically selects the most suitable logistics provider based on factors such as the sales platform, product size, and weight. If the street address of your order includes a “PO Box,” the system will review and make a judgment based on the delivery logistics you have chosen. If the selected logistics method cannot deliver to an address containing a “PO Box,” the system will flag the order as abnormal, and our customer service team will contact you to modify the address or cancel the order.
Tracking Your Order Status
You can track your order status independently. After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email informing you that your package has been shipped, along with the tracking number. You should be able to see updates within 72 hours of receiving this email.
