If your payment attempt with a credit or debit card is declined, you’ll need to initiate a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot reinstate orders after a payment has been declined.

- Try an Alternative Payment Method: If you’ve confirmed all the above details are correct, consider using a different card or another payment method.
